Tania Barron is the Founder and CEO of Earth and Equity, LLC. Tania is a mission-driven social performance expert and sustainability strategist.
She is passionate about connecting and inspiring change to building scalable solutions to our planet’s greatest challenges.
Ms. Barron has over 20 years of experience supporting organizations with strategy, training, design and implementation of sustainability and social performance programs. She has worked across sectors and global regions.
Ms. Barron has extensive experience applying IFC’s Social & Environmental Performance Standards and other globally recognized ESG frameworks.
